Add Filter Box to Filter Panel

In the filter panel, please add a filter / search box so that the results from "ALL READY PROCESSING FAILED SKIPPED COMPLETE" narrow as you type.

For example, if I have 100 items in the "COMPLETE" filter, I should be able to start typing "sports" and the list of COMPLETE items narrows to only show the downloaded items that have the word "sports" in their title.
