I do not understand why when I open "Youtube to MP3" macOS switches to the high performance GPU

I do not understand why when I open "Youtube to MP3" macOS switches to the high performance GPU. I cannot switch back to the Intel GPU because Youtube to MP3 is seen as an application that requires the discrete GPU.
