remove final audio silence

First of all, congratulations on the program is very good.

I would suggest if we could download a YouTube video and convert it to MP3, add an option to remove the silence at the beginning and end of the video. Sometimes we download video that has up to 10 seconds of silence and this is annoying then you have to use alternative program to remove it.
