Enable Scheduled Downloads between Off Peak Bandwidth Times

It would be great if you could set YouTube Downloader to download video's when your asleep during your ISP's "Off Peak Times". This would enable people to save on bandwidth so it doesn't cost big dollars during "Peak Times" when millions of other users are slowing down the networks etc.

uTorrent has and extremely simple to use Scheduler feature built into their Software which allows you to click a basic spreadsheet type design that has the dates across the top from Monday to Sunday and the times from 0:00 to 24:00 down the side. Then you simply click the box you want to set the time/date. Depending on how many time you click that box the color then changes to indicate if you want it to be a once off schedule, a once a month one or an ongoing one.
